When the chain goes dark, there’s a place to bring the warrant.
FPI operates the legal review and disclosure process for the privacy systems we serve. If your investigation touches a network or asset we cover, start here.
What qualifies as a lawful request
An authenticated request from a court, regulator, or competent law-enforcement agency, acting within its jurisdiction, with a verified legal basis. FPI operates the legal review for this determination.
What to include
The network or asset concerned; the identifiers in scope (addresses, transaction references, time window); the legal instrument itself; a public key for encrypted delivery; and a return channel for questions of scope.
What you receive
An evidence pack: the data your request covers, re-encrypted inside the enclave directly to your key, under strict SLAs. We never see the plaintext — and neither does anyone else along the way.
Two request shapes cover most investigations
Funds entered the pool — we disclose where they exited. Funds exited the pool — we disclose where they came in. Need a different scope? Our counsel will work it with you.
Scope discipline
We disclose exactly what the request covers. Every user outside that scope stays private. That is the deal that makes lawful privacy work — for you and for them.
Deploy privacy. Stay compliant.
